Majority - General

This contract describes the general terms and conditions related to the use of the services offered by CAM Camisetas al Mundo of Luciana Parodi inside the site camisetasalmundo.org ("CAM Camisetas al Mundo") Any person who wants to accede to the site and obtain the published services, will be able to do so under the following Terms and Conditions and any other policy and principle stated in CAM Camisetas al Mundo.

Any person who does not accept these general terms and conditions, will have to abstain the use of the site and/or its services.

Agreement Modifications

Prices and Invoices

When purchasing a product, the user will have to pay the price published in the website, as well as the shipment and delivery costs. This must be done with the corresponding currency.

CAM Camisetas al Mundo may indicate the different purchase conditions concerning the ways and methods of payment taken by the User.

Products Shipment

The User may select any of the published shipment and delivery means of the products purchased at the website. The User is responsible for the delivery information he has given in the site. The chosen/selected downtimes for the selected product shipment and delivery will start running from the order's validation date. Working days must be taken into account so as to fulfil the corresponding term.

Changes and Returns

The User or Customer will be able not to accept the product or even change it before the payment has been done. He will have to send an e-mail to info@camisetasalmundo.com in order to inform the company about the situation.

CAM will make refunds because of product failures or any mistake. There will be no return in those cases in which the customer has made a mistake in T-Shirt sizes. To avoid these inconvenients a table with the T-shirts measures has been published in the website.
After a 5 days term, no claim will be accepted.

CAM may offer the User an alternative solution to the trouble in order to satisfy the customer needs. However, this will not be an obligation for the company. During the named before term, the customer may proceed to return the purchased product by courier/mail. The product must be returned under perfect and non used conditions, with its labels, package and original accessories. Once the product has been received and examined by CAM Camisetas al Mundo, the company will proceed to return the money back to the customer. This return will be done in the same way and with the method used by the Customer at the first time.The User will have to send an e-mail to info@camisetasalmundo.com so as to transact the return correctly. He will have to send the following information : Name, Social security number or ID, full address including Zip Code, reason for the return ,date of the purchase, product, way of payment, purchase ticket.

In case of a return, the shipment and delivery costs will always be assumed by the customer. If the product is not returned in good conditions, with its original package and labels, with lack of its accessories, or it is damaged, then a refund won't be accepted.

This agreement is prevailed under the effective laws in Argentina.
In case of any trouble between the User and CAM Camisetas al Mundo, derived from this Contract, its existence, validity, interpretation and fulfillment, the problem will be solved only taking into account the Ordinary Courts of the Argentinean Justice.
